A word from the Chef
“In the story of Parzival, I see my own journey reflected. Leaving my home in Israel, seeking my path through the great kitchens of London and Chicago, finding recognition in Berlin with my Michelin-starred restaurant Prism, and now arriving in Prague – each step has been my quest. Parzival’s tale speaks of humility, compassion, and the search for meaning; in the same way, my food tells stories of love, memory and identity. By the end of the meal, I want guests to feel they know me better – to understand that every dish is a page of my life, a story that only I could have written on the plate.”
Our Tasting Menu
Each season, we serve one menu one story from our chef - composed of several courses, each representing a chapter of that story. The courses are designed to speak to each other, build on each other, and form a unified whole. That's why our menu is fixed: it works best when enjoyed in the exact order in which it was created.
Renowned sommelier Jacqueline Lorenz offers two wine pairing options to accompany the menu. Classic is based on European wines that maintain an elegant and clean line. Concept works with wines from the Levant and other less common regions; they are more energetic, sometimes wilder, and can shift the menu to a different tone.
