A word from the Chef
“In the story of Parzival, I see my own journey reflected. Leaving my home in Israel, seeking my path through the great kitchens of London and Chicago, finding recognition in Berlin with my Michelin-starred restaurant Prism, and now arriving in Prague – each step has been my quest. Parzival’s tale speaks of humility, compassion, and the search for meaning; in the same way, my food tells stories of love, memory and identity. By the end of the meal, I want guests to feel they know me better – to understand that every dish is a page of my life, a story that only I could have written on the plate.”
Our Tasting Menu
At Parzival, dining is offered exclusively as a tasting menu – a carefully curated journey of multiple courses, each representing a chapter in the chef’s story. The menu changes seasonally and is complemented by thoughtfully selected wines. Wine pairing is available in two styles: Classic or Concept.
