The Story of Parzival

PARZIVAL – the knight of Wolfram von Eschenbach’s medieval epic, who set out in search of the Holy Grail – becomes in our vision a symbol of the quest for perfection and beauty.

Just as Parzival embarked on his journey to find meaning and enlightenment, so too has Chef Gal Ben Moshe travelled his own gastronomic path – from his native Tel Aviv, where he began cooking at the age of fifteen, through prestigious kitchens in London and Chicago, and finally to Berlin. There, he founded Prism, was awarded a Michelin star in 2020 and retained it for five consecutive years.

Now he has come to Prague to present his artistry, his passion for innovation, and his rare gift of transforming dinner into an unforgettable experience.

A guest who steps into the restaurant becomes part of a menu conceived as a literary narrative, where every course unfolds its own chapter and the entire tale is accompanied by wines that weave like poetry between the lines. Through this menu, the chef tells his life story – every dish bearing the unmistakable signature of a master who tells stories through taste.

About Gal Ben Moshe

Restaurant Parzival thus becomes a rarely bound manuscript. A visit here is more than a culinary pleasure – it is a moment when gastronomy delicately intertwines with poetry, storytelling, and the cultural spirit of Prague.
